Floor mats with logos need artwork that stays clear at the finished size and faces the people arriving at your entrance. This guide covers logo files, colour contrast, spacing and proof approval for Avidaze’s custom inlaid mats.
Send the clearest original logo file
Send your logo as a PNG, JPEG, PDF or vector file. Use the original artwork where available rather than a screenshot or a small image copied from a website. A PDF can contain either vector artwork or a flat image, so the file extension alone does not establish its quality.
Include the correct version of the company name and any required wording. If you have brand guidelines or colour references, send those with the logo so we can review the intended design.
Adapt detail for solid-colour inlay
Avidaze forms the logo from precision-cut pieces of solid-colour carpet. Bold shapes and clear lettering suit this process. Gradients, shading, thin lines and small text may need adapting, depending on the artwork and proposed dimensions.
Ask to see any simplification in the mock-up before approving production. Confirm the available carpet colours with your quotation. A digital preview shows the layout; screen colours should not replace confirmation of the actual material colours.

Choose the direction visitors will read
Mark the main direction of arrival on an entrance photograph. At a shop door the logo may face incoming customers; in a lobby the approach to the reception desk may determine the best orientation. Decide this before the mock-up is finalised.
For multiple entrances, label each location and its required orientation. The same artwork may need a different layout at another doorway.
Keep contrast and space around the design
Choose a background that separates the lettering and emblem clearly. Allow breathing room around the logo instead of filling every edge with artwork. A logo, slogan, phone number and website can compete for space; keep only the wording that matters for the entrance.
Review the design at the proposed mat proportions. Do not stretch a wide logo into a tall shape. If the available size makes lettering cramped, discuss a simpler arrangement or an alternative size.
