What is a custom branded mat?
A custom branded mat is personalised with your company logo, business name or message. Avidaze creates inlaid logo mats by cutting and fitting solid-colour carpet pieces together, rather than simply printing the design on the surface.
What material do you use for logo mats?
Our standard custom logo mats are manufactured from durable Berber Point carpet with a non-slip rubber backing and optional rubber border edging. This makes them suitable for busy business entrances.
Where can branded entrance mats be used?
They are ideal for offices, schools, hotels, retail stores, medical facilities, restaurants, churches and other commercial entrances. They can be used indoors or outdoors in a covered area.
Can you reproduce every logo colour and detail?
Our inlaid mats use available solid carpet colours, so gradients and colour blending cannot be reproduced. Very small lettering or fine details may need to be simplified, and white is commonly replaced with light grey for practical use.
What sizes of custom mats are available?
We manufacture custom branded mats in many sizes according to your entrance and artwork. Send us the required width and length, or share your entrance measurements so we can recommend a suitable size.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3–4 working days after the artwork has been approved and full payment has been received. Courier delivery time is additional and may vary by destination.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Our minimum order quantity is one mat, making our service suitable for individual businesses as well as organisations that need multiple commercial entrance mats.
Do you deliver logo mats across South Africa?
Yes. We arrange nationwide courier delivery throughout South Africa. Customers may also collect completed orders from our premises in Isando, Kempton Park.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We provide a digital mock-up for approval before manufacturing. Please check the logo, colours, spelling, layout and dimensions carefully before approving the artwork.
How do I clean and maintain the mat?
Regularly vacuum or shake out loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, use mild carpet-cleaning products and allow the mat to dry completely before placing it back at the entrance. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the fibres or backing.
